Course Overview
This programme aims to enable learners to develop effective problem-solving skills in order for them to identify and solve work place issues by coming up with solutions and implementing corrective actions.Learners will use tools, techniques and processes to identify problems and implement guidelines and procedures to solve problems and test solutions.
