I enjoyed Eric Chang's lesson as he was able to hold my attention without reading all the slides. I tend to enjoy all the lessons learned using our actual work experiences which were relevant to the subject study.
The class is kept interactive with participation from all the students and none was left out. He makes time to explain any difficulty that was not understood and the analogy from everyday lessons.
For the case study, we would help the team to work on their difficulty to make them understand the resolution required. An interesting class makes the class easy to learn. I enjoyed the 2-day class!
